I am a chef by trade. The breakfast was very nice, personal with a large variety. Rooms were spacious.
The afternoon "appetizer/snack" was very discouraging....chips and party mix not very good reason to come to socialize. The hotel design made noise carry, could hear in room...

I really enjoyed the huge Christmas tree in the lobby and the amazing breakfast spread every morning! The heated indoor pool and relaxing sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just a heads up, the shower water pressure could be better, but overall a great stay 🎄

The staff and management were very friendly, especially the chef at breakfast. Beds were very comfy and the location was in between Polaris and Easton.

I like this hotel I stay here often and love the breakfast !
I have noticed the front desk staff starting to deteriorate and the night staff was not very professional or trained properly. I checked in at 1am after a long 5 hour flight and was placed in an already occupied room. The people in the room were frightened and I was embarrassed

location, price, decor Servers in common dining area were excellent. Very good, reasonably priced food and service in the restaurant.
Only 2 of 4 elevators operative (incredibly slow) upon arrival, by the end of our stay only 1 elevator was in service. Pool area: very small - lounge chairs are uncomfortable.

The restaurant was fantastic. I had room service the first night and the prices were exactly what they were in the restaurant plus an 18% gratuity which is what you'd pay in the restaurant. We ate at the restaurant the second night and the steaks are out of sight. The pool was very nice too.
I was not told about the Happy Hour the first evening. It took awhile to get checked in because there was just one person. The breakfast was cold. One of the elevators was out of service.

Well, that was a surprise!
Staying here was a mixed bag! The spacious two-room suite was quite comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering made-to-order omelettes that were delicious. The cleanliness issues were a letdown, with found dirt and unwashed items in the room. Staff friendliness wasn't consistent either.

Water was hot in shower.
Loud noise throughout night-poor sleep due to noise n made calls to desk and got up to control noise ourselves! We had come to hotel for sleep n relaxation and did not receive much of either! Unable to use pools as so very crowded throughout the weekend!

The location was nice and the staff was friendly even if they messed up my reservations.
I was charged twice for the same room on the same night on 2 different cards. I was told upon check in that they had it fixed but I returned home 2 days ago and the money has not been refunded.
